|Project description||The research was continued, as a part of the BASTION project, as in Linköping University, at the DASIC Lab, EIT, LTH. Teaching duties included: Circuits and Measurements for the basics of electrical theory, operation and use of ICs and other electronic equipment. Computer Organization for the working of computer systems at machine language level and hardware level. It uses Xilinx SDK tool to create different applications executed on a hardware platform, based on a 32-bit RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computer) processor, MicroBlaze, implemented on a FPGA board and written in C. Digital Systems includes, using VHDL and C, design a digital system consisting of programmable chips or of embedded systems; familiarization with Xilinx development environment Vivado, to program (MCU/Mealy)FPGA circuits as well as test simple networks, and introduction to Nexys4 card.|

|Project description||As a part of the DIAMOND project, research was conducted on design and optimization of test architecture and cost of 3D Stacked ICs. It included study of state of art test methodologies for traditional 2D ICs, development of test models for 3D ICs, mathematical optimization of test, using C/C++ or MATLAB, and simulation on available 3D IC benchmarks. Teaching included supervision of Master thesis (Development of an ISO 26262 ASIL D compliant verification tool, Minimizing Test Time through Test Flow Optimization in 3D-SICs), Introduction to programming in C/C++ Embedded software description of embedded systems, design methods and basic developement trade-offs, hardware-software interface, usage of important parts of the embedded systems tool-chain.|
